On July 30, 2007, COMMIT GmbH Köln, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on SPORTWETTEN.DE AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005488514 and ISIN: DE000A0EPT67 have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on July 26, 2007 and now amount to 14.50% (this corresponds to 1.568.134 Voting Rights).
On July 30, 2007, Mr. Michel Aloui, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on SPORTWETTEN.DE AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005488514 and ISIN: DE000A0EPT67 have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on July 26, 2007 and now amount to 14.50% (this corresponds to 1.568.134 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 14.50% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1.568.134 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Aloui from COMMIT GmbH.
