Court appoints new Executive Board (Particulars)
The district court of Hamburg has appointed Mr.Klaus Zellmann as the new Executive of SPORTWETTEN.DE AG. (ISIN De 000 548851 4)
The appointment by court was effected following the request of two members of the Supervisory Board of the company, after the scheduled meeting of the Supervisory Board on Tuesday 10th July 2007 was inquorate due to the non-attendance of the third member of the Supervisory Board. Therefore no decision regarding the urgently needed re-appointment of an Executive could be made.
Mr.Zellmann (47) has a vast knowledge and experience in the betting industry due to his long-standing consultancy activity for various larger betting firms. Among others he built up two betting platforms in the internet.
Furthermore Mr.Zellmann holds a bookmaker license and has excellent contacts in the horse racing sport, which did not only result of his perennial activity as Managing Director for the market leader in horse-race-hosting of the International Club e.V. Baden-Baden and the umbrella organization of the operating Company Horse-racing-clubs BGG. (Dachorganisation of the Betriebsgesellschaft Galopprennvereine BGG)
